I'm in Ontario too and just cashed out from Jackpot City like a week ago with no issues. Took the usual few days but nothing crazy. Maybe try hitting up support again and asking to escalate it? Sometimes you get a different person who's more helpful.

That sucks. How long has it been pending exactly? Like are we talking days or weeks? There's a difference between them doing their normal processing versus something actually being wrong.
