Can't get through to Jackpot City support at all

Been trying to reach Jackpot City's customer support for like three days now and I'm getting nowhere. Live chat keeps saying no agents available, haven't heard back from email, and I can't even find a phone number that actually works.

I've got a question about a withdrawal that I need answered and it's frustrating as hell that I can't get a hold of anyone. Is their support always this bad or am I just hitting them at a terrible time?

That's weird, I used Jackpot City's live chat last week and got someone pretty quick. Maybe try at a different time of day? Could just be peak hours or something. Their support has been fine for me whenever I've needed them, usually pretty helpful.

Three days with no response from email is pretty bad no matter what. I'd keep trying chat but also maybe check if there's a different contact method on their site. Sometimes there's a callback option or different email addresses for different issues.
