how many times do they need my hydro bill?

Verified at signup. Verified again at withdrawal. Verified AGAIN after I changed banks. My hydro bill is basically my passport at this point. Is this normal or does one site just really love my paperwork?

It's the identity-check rules — annoying, but it's also what keeps fraud off these sites, so I tolerate it. Still annoying though. Both things are true.

Oh I understand WHY. I just want them to admit they've seen the same bill four times. A little 'nice to see you again' would go a long way.
