e-transfer vs bank wire for cashing out

Curious how people cash out: e-transfer for anything normal-sized, and I only bother with a wire if the amount actually justifies it. Wire fees nibble more than you'd think. What's the collective wisdom?

Same approach. Bonus point for e-transfer: it shows up on your statement under a fairly normal-looking name, if anyone here shares an account with a judgy spouse. Hypothetically.
